Meet Bill Johnson:
Born and raised in Colorado, he graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. & DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. He became a Realtor in Missouri in 2006, after 42 years of practice as a Veterinarian.
Happily married husband for 26+ years, Bill is the Father of 2, Grandfather of 6, Great Grandfather of 1.
An entrepreneur his entire life; Bill was sole proprietor building 8 Veterinary Clinics in California and Colorado.
Since moving to Missouri in 2000, Bill & his wife Sky built and operated Eagle’s Nest Resort, Inc., which accommodated up to 67 people. They also created Eagle’s Nest Realty, Inc, a full-service real estate company, & Eagle’s Nest Property Management, which handles both long & short term rentals; residential & commercial.
Since becoming a Realtor, Bill has facilitated the sale/purchase of millions of dollars worth of real estate; residential, commercial, land, and farms. He has won several “Awards of Excellence”. He served as President of Lake of the Ozarks Board of Realtors in 2018 and is still on the Board. He is also on the MLS Committee.
Since 2000, Bill also volunteered and served as;
-Board member and/or Chairman on the Boards of Directors of Tri-County Lodging Association and Convention and Visitors Bureau (2002 to date)
– President of the Board of his Church for 7 years, resulting in a Church being built, funded, and developed.
– Board member and consultant building an animal shelter.
– Designed and assisted in the opening of 2 spay & neuter clinics.
Bill has received numerous awards and recognition for his community service including “Partners in Tourism Award”.

Meet Sky Johnson:
Sky is Broker and Owner of Eagle’s Nest Realty, Inc., as well as Eagle’s Nest Vacation Properties, Inc. She has been Broker in Missouri since 2002, and has been a Realtor in the state of California, Texas, and Colorado over a period of 35 years; both residential and commercial.
In California, she did seminars marketing investment opportunities from other states, including Florida and Georiga. Her seminars included teaching methods and procedures for managing property owned out of state.
Married to Bill Johnson for more than 27 years, Sky also built and operated Eagle’s Nest Resort, Inc., and is the primary full-service manager of properties for other owners, facilitating both long and short term rentals.
A life long animal rights advocate, Sky is involved with several animal rescue organizations in various capacities.
